30hop Omaha, NE is looking for motivated kitchen team members to join our back-of-house team!

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations throughout Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Since opening our first location in Iowa, we have continued to expand across the Midwest while remaining committed to exceptional hospitality, quality food, and creating opportunities for our team members to grow professionally.

Compensation ranges from $15-$22 per hour based on experience.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available with shifts typically ranging from 4–8 hours based on scheduling needs and availability.
Evening, weekend, and peak-hour availability is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and recipes according to company standards
• Set up and stock stations with food, supplies, and equipment
• Cook menu items using grilling, sautéing, frying, broiling, and other preparation methods
• Follow recipes and maintain quality and consistency standards
• Properly label, store, and handle food in accordance with sanitation guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout each shift
• Complete assigned cleaning duties, inventory checks, and food storage documentation
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members
• Support both prep and line operations as needed
• Assist with additional back-of-house responsibilities and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous restaurant, prep cook, or line cook experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
