You will lead the QC microbiology laboratory operations for cell therapy manufacturing, overseeing staff, data review, and method development in a cGMP environment. You will partner with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Compliance to drive investigations, training, and continuous improvement while managing budget and resources.
