About This Role

Maintain a safe play environment. Observe and monitor children's play activities. Communicate with children's parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts. Care for children in institutional setting, such as group homes, nursery schools, private businesses, or schools for people with disabilities.

What You'll Do

For this Full Time Teacher position, we are looking for the following qualities :

• Childcare teaching experience
• Needs to be familiar with OCCRRA
• Our hours vary from 6:15 am - 6:15 pm
• Client Hours are 6:30am - 6:00pm
• Open availability
• Must have high school diploma
• Must be able to pass BCII and FBI background check
• Is able to actively supervise all ages of children and lift 40 lbs
• Willing to learn and follow ODJFS and SUTQ rules and regulations

Qualifications required

• CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse and Communicable Disease are a plus! If you do not have you will need to attend classes to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• High school/diploma on hand
• Open availability
• Pass a background check (BCI & FBI).

Nice To Haves

Child development associates (CDA) but not required.
