The core duties of the role include achieving sales targets, developing strategies to manage budgets effectively, driving and monitoring sales, aligning territory activities to regional marketing strategy, creating and updating key account plans, delivering required call coverage and frequency on different customer types, delivering agreed target for number of days in field in line with goals and objectives, delivering agreed numbers of customer educational meetings, informing healthcare professionals about technical characteristics, clinical use, price, and prescription condition of assigned products, maximizing time spent with the customer by correct monthly and daily call planning, constantly appraising the business plan and activity for improvement, ensuring that all administration and reporting is completed in line with requirements, demonstrating effective selling skills incorporating Allergan Aesthetics selling model, delivering territory strategy through varied and appropriate mediums, and communicating as appropriate with Customer Team Unit.

Qualifications include preferably being educated to university degree level, ideally with a science base, relevant experience in medical aesthetics selling, English (written and spoken), and CRM usage (VEEVA).

Skills include sales disposition, sales ability/persuasiveness, high impact communication, sustaining customer satisfaction, building trusting relationships, decision making and planning & organizing, active learning, demonstrating a high level of analytical skills, and account management approach.
