Lead daily operations This role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of daily order fulfillment, while actively coaching and developing a team of 20–30 hourly associates. What You’ll Work On Lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced medical distribution environment where safety, quality, and customer service come first. Supervise and develop a team of 20–30 warehouse associates across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations. Drive daily performance by managing staffing, workflow priorities, productivity, and service levels. Coach, mentor, and motivate employees through ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a healthcare distribution setting. Solve operational challenges in real time, using data and problem‑solving skills to keep operations running smoothly. Partner with cross‑functional teams including Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet customer and business needs. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3‑5 years in Supply Chain, Distribution or Operations. Manufacturing or distribution environment experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading frontline teams in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, and performance metrics. Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or GMP environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with SAP, WMS platforms, and RF scanning technology. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
