Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Patient Care Over Production
Are you tired of the "high-volume" dental grind? Do you wish you had the time to actually get to know your patients while using the best technology in the industry?
At Smiles on Wells, we are doing things differently. We are a state-of-the-art, privately owned office that believes dentistry is about building lifelong relationships, not just meeting production quotas. We aren’t looking for a "provider"—we’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our close-knit team of two RDHs and one Doctor.

Why You’ll Love Our Practice

- The "Dream" Schedule: No late evenings or weekends.
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Competitive Pay: $55.00 per hour.
Our Benefits Package
- 6 Paid Holidays (provided they fall on a regularly scheduled workday).
- Paid Vacation: * 1 week after 1 year of service.
- 2 weeks after 3 years of service.
- 3 weeks after 5 years of service.
- Well Days: Three (3) paid "well days" per year. If no sick days are used, these are paid out to you as a year-end bonus!

- Experienced: You have 3+ years of clinical experience.
- Patient-Centered: You have impeccable chairside manners and a heart for service.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable (or excited to learn) working in a high-tech, modern environment.
- Professional: You have a strong work ethic and align with our mission of integrity-based care.
