Occupational Therapy services to participants at the Center and at home to maximize participant independence and safety and enhance performance of ADLs. Occupational Therapist Assistant will work with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement plan of care established by the Occupational Therapist.

M-F 8a-4:30p, on-site 3 days and 2 days off-site work (there may be a need at times to come on-site additional day). Off site includes mobile visits to participant s home for treatments, DME set up/training, etc. and some telehealth. COTAs also have the responsibility to schedule PTs and OTs recurring appointments as well as cleaning and maintaining the rehab gym.
