The beautiful Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for a Communications Operator.

Set in the scenic Texas Hill Country, our resort offers luxury amenities, expansive event space, exceptional dining, and premier recreational experiences. Located just minutes from San Antonio International Airport and popular local attractions, it's an exciting place to build your hospitality

The ideal candidate will have minimum one year of customer service experience, schedule flexibility. Operator and hotel experience are highly preferred.

Classification: Full Time

Shift Pattern: Full availability, shell schedule is between 7 am to 11 pm, weekends and holidays required.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
• Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations
• Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations
• Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
