Hands-On Restaurant & Hospitality Management Internship
Southernhospitalityinternshipprogram
Students interested in the restaurant/hospitality industry will gain valuable, hands on experience in all aspects of restaurant/hospitality management in a high volume, fast‑casual restaurant working 35-45 hours per week. During your 14‑week internship you will learn and work in the following areas: Smoking ribs, chicken, barbeque and wings on the pit Kitchen operations & food prep Inventory management Customer relations Accounting Scheduling and deployment of employees Interviewing and hiring process Front and back of house operations Marketing through social media Health department rules and regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr Southernhospitalityinternshipprogram
