Valet Captain - Urgently Hiring

Valet Captain We are urgently hiring Valet Captains for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. Pay: $17.90 per hour plus cash tips. Location: Yale New Haven Hospital, CT • Union: Local 443 • Job Type: Full-time + Part-time weekends. Shift & Schedule: Part-time weekends and full-time overnights, weekends & holidays. Responsibilities Always greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit. Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner. Perform cashier duties when required. Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve self‑park vehicles. Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines. Maintain a neat and orderly location, free of debris and trash. Open vehicle doors for guests and assist with luggage when necessary. Issue tickets and receipts to customers upon arrival and exit. Report accidents, violations, or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks and special projects as requested. Help the management team guide and supervise other parking valets. Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit. Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients. Qualifications Must Have At least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving. Ability to stand, walk, carry items up to 50 lbs, and adapt to moderate noise levels. Energetic, outgoing with strong communication skills. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can resolve customer issues positively. Good To Have Valet parking experience 1 year+. Customer service experience 1 year.
