Daily schedule: 7a-7p or 7p-7a Call (Rock Island) / 7a-5:30p or 5:30p-7a Call (Moline), plus Endo Saturday shifts available
Practice setting: Hospital (Unity Point Health - Rock Island & Moline, IL)
Types of cases: Peds, General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry. Additional at Rock Island: Cardiac, Endo, Vascular. Additional at Moline: GYN, Pain Management
Number of cases: Varies; 13 providers/day; Rock Island: 5 ORs, Moline: 5 ORs
Ages: All ages
Additional information: Medical supervision model, must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals (proof required). OB call taken by CRNAs (Moline), MDs take OR call (Rock Island). EMR: EPIC. Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA certified).
