We are actively hiring a reliable, compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support a clients throughout the Hudson Valley area. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing hands‑on personal care and assisting a client with their daily activities.

Primary Responsibilities

Personal Care Support

Assist with showering, dressing, and grooming

Provide safe wheelchair transfers and mobility assistance

Home Support

Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, dishes, etc.)

Meal preparation and kitchen clean‑up

Errands & Transportation

Drive the client to grocery shop, appointments, and local errands

Assist with carrying groceries and organizing items at home

Companionship

Offer friendly conversation and emotional support

Help maintain a positive, safe, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

NYS Certified PCA/HHA, experience preferred

Comfortable assisting a client who uses a wheelchair

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Dependable, patient, and respectful of client privacy

Authorized to work in the U.S.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous caregiving experience (preferred)

A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others

A commitment to being present and providing quality care

Empathy, patience, kindness and respect

Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written

Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
