Description Description Operations Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and support our drivers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise check-in procedures for incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries Coordinate and support warehouse staff and drivers to ensure timely processing of goods Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies within the warehouse Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and related documentation Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management to resolve issues promptly Assist with office work related to warehouse operations, including data entry and reporting Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to supervise and motivate team members Join our team and be part of a company that values operational efficiency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
