Job Summary

We are seeking a Banker for a direct hire opportunity in San Ramon, CA. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven banking professional who enjoys developing new business, building community connections, and helping customers choose financial products that support their goals.

The Banker will focus on customer acquisition, sales growth, client consultations, and personalized banking solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customer relationships through networking, referrals, community outreach, and proactive prospecting.
- Conduct customer consultations to understand financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Promote and cross-sell deposit accounts, lending products, credit solutions, and other financial services.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals, business development targets, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Partner with branch teams and internal departments to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Track leads, manage follow-up activity, maintain accurate records, and participate in community events to build brand awareness.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Develop and execute strategies to attract new banking customers and grow market share.
- Build relationships with prospects and existing clients to identify financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales activity through referrals, outreach, networking, and community relationship building.
- Maintain customer follow-up, lead tracking, and accurate documentation within banking systems.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred in banking, financial services, sales, business development, or customer-facing relationship roles.
- Strong ability to generate new business, develop client relationships, and meet sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with strong follow-through.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, banking platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of banking products, lending practices, and regulatory compliance is helpful.

Preferred Qualifications

- Retail banking, branch sales, relationship banking, account management, or outside sales experience.
- Experience developing referral networks and cultivating business partnerships.
- Demonstrated success meeting sales goals in a customer-focused environment.
- Familiarity with personal banking products, deposit accounts, credit products, and lending solutions.
