Hours: up to 40 hours a week, part time and full time available

About the Role:
Class Home Care LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable respite caregiver to support clients in a one-on-one home care setting in La Crosse, WI. Clients are minors that that assistance with creating, and maintaining daily routines, companionship, personal cares, ect. This is a great opportunity to join a growing home care agency and make a meaningful impact in your community.
Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide supportive home care (SHC) services
Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
Schedule:
10 to 40 hours per week, flexible
Schedule typically includes weekday afternoons/evenings and may include occasional weekends
Specific hours based on family needs and caregiver availability
Requirements:
Previous caregiving or personal care experience
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and care plans
Reliable transportation and the ability to pass caregiver background checks and screenings
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
