This position will lead an experienced team of RF engineers while driving technical excellence, new product development, proposal efforts, and engineering innovation across a diverse portfolio of high-reliability products.What You'll DoLead and develop a team of RF engineers, ensuring successful execution of technical, cost, and schedule objectives.Provide technical leadership for RF and mmWave system design, development, and integration across multiple programs.Manage engineering activities supporting new product development, customer programs, proposals, and internal R&D initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Develop resource plans, staffing strategies, and engineering workload forecasts to support business objectives.Oversee acquisition and management of RF test equipment, engineering tools, and laboratory resources.Ensure engineering processes comply with quality management standards and industry best practices.Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.Drive innovation by advancing RF and mmWave engineering capabilities and supporting the adoption of new technologies.About Acara SolutionsAcara is a premier recruiting and workforce solutions provider-we help companies compete for talent.
