Front Desk Receptionist A non-profit organization is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will provide a warm, friendly, and professional greeting to each visitor entering into the company. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Job Duties: Answer phones with professionalism, handle messages promptly and relay questions to appropriate WRAAA staff in a timely manner Report complaints, problems and/or concerns in accordance with company policy Maintain composure and patience as the first point of contact for all visitors and calls to the agency Monitor reception desk and maintain cleanliness of the front lobby Copiers, printers, laminators, postage meters and other common office equipment Perform other duties as assigned
