Warehouse manager

We are seeking a hands-on, highly driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and staff supervision. Managing a 10,000 sq. ft. facility and a team of 5 direct reports, you will establish clear operational directives, enforce company policies, maintain safety standards, and jump in to assist across all warehouse functions as needed

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory record-keeping.
• Direct and schedule warehouse staff (3 shipping, 3 receiving functions), setting clear directives, boundaries, and performance expectations.
• Cross-train team members and step in directly to handle tasks during high-volume periods.
• Maintain warehouse safety, inspect propane sit-down forklifts, schedule equipment repairs, and ensure compliance with ISO certification standards.
• Drive process optimization, utilize WMS / Epicor ERP, and manage inventory accuracy with the Shipping Lead.
• Safely operate company vehicles and occasionally handle customer deliveries as required.
