What You Will Do:

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Source and qualify net-new opportunities across the light industrial staffing space
• Book and run product demos independently
• Sell to HR, procurement, and operations leaders managing contingent labor programs
• Build pipeline through a mix of self-sourced and inbound leads
• Use AI tools to help qualify and prioritize leads

What You'll Need

• Experience hunting and closing new business within the staffing industry
• Experience selling an ATS or HR-tech SaaS software
• Experience closing deals in a hunting-driven, net-new sales xhyhwjd environment
• A low-ego, team-first mindset

Plus Skills

• HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar sales tools
• AI-assisted lead qualification in daily workflow
