International Tax & Accounting Manager

An international firm is hiring an International Tax & Accounting Manager to support international tax compliance, planning, and strategy across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Director of Accounting & Tax, this role will partner with internal teams and external advisors on global tax matters, transfer pricing, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor changes in international tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.
• Support transfer pricing policies, calculations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on filings, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Research and analyze international tax issues and provide technical guidance.
• Review tax jurisdiction assignments for new international matters.
• Support international tax budgeting, reporting, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax processes and efficiencies.
• Support month-end tasks for global subsidiaries while ensuring consolidated financial reporting is in compliance with IFRS & GAAP standards.
• Oversee the work of junior professionals supporting accounting and tax functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of accounting experience
• International tax experience required
• Experience working across multiple international jurisdictions and legal entity structures.
• CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards preferred
• Knowledge of Pillar 2 preferred
