Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual and couples therapy aimed at adolescents, adults, and families, facilitating personal growth and emotional healing.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in mental health care.

• Proactively manage scheduling of appointments and maintain an updated calendar to accommodate client needs and optimize therapeutic engagement.

• Collaborate with a billing service that handles claims, accounts receivable, and insurance communications, allowing you to focus on delivering therapy.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to a diverse range of clinical presentations, adapting strategies to suit individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse client population, ranging from young children to adults, with varied mental health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transition issues. We emphasize providing age-appropriate therapeutic interventions that foster resilience and support for individuals and families confronting multifaceted emotional challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a valid and independent LCSW license.

• Demonstrated professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly to accommodate client schedules.

• A genuine commitment to self-improvement and staying current with therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Substantial experience working with couples, particularly in navigating relational conflicts and fostering healthy communication.

• Exposure to a variety of therapeutic modalities and a willingness to integrate new techniques into practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
