Project Manager

Project Manager Location: Bethlehem, PA Salary: $86,100 to $114,800 (general guideline only; subject to qualifications, experience, market conditions.) Responsibilities Manage customer projects to deliver pumps by contract delivery dates. Work with all departments at Engineered Pump Division (Contracts, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, Operations) and other Curtiss‑Wright divisions. Lead teams to manage programs or projects, ensuring effective communication. Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) as required. Prepare periodic reviews for customers on project status. Oversee project schedules, open issues, and financial performance against budgeted plans. Coordinate issue resolution and recommend actions to senior management. Perform other duties as necessary. Qualifications U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain security clearances. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and minimum 3 years of production, engineering, project or program management experience. Prior experience in the defense industry preferred. Knowledge or experience with government contracting projects. Understanding of supply chain operations (planning, scheduling, purchasing, supplier selection, inventory control, logistics). Experience in project teams. Strategic sourcing skills. Lean and/or Six Sigma experience and knowledge preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build effective working relationships. Self‑starter, highly motivated, action‑oriented, proactive, collaborative, results‑driven.
