Concierge Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine)

A rapidly expanding, multi-location concierge primary care practice is seeking experienced, board-certified physicians to join a patient-focused and collaborative team. This role is ideal for physicians who value meaningful patient relationships, preventive care, and a personalized approach to medicine.

About the Role

Physicians in this practice operate within a smaller patient panel, allowing for more time, deeper connections, and a higher standard of care. The focus is on delivering comprehensive, relationship-driven healthcare supported by a strong clinical and administrative team.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on prevention and long-term wellness
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with patients
• Manage a broad range of clinical needs using sound medical judgment and experience
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff and fellow providers to enhance care delivery
• Utilize referral networks and specialist partnerships when needed
• Incorporate lifestyle medicine and behavioral counseling into care plans
• Stay engaged with advancements in medical science and technology

Responsibilities

• Provide in-office care Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed
• Be accessible to patients for urgent concerns, with shared coverage during time off
• Perform or oversee basic diagnostic and clinical procedures (e.g., EKGs, spirometry, phlebotomy, fitness assessments)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education
• Engage in practice growth initiatives, including building referral relationships and community outreach
• Obtain and maintain privileges at affiliated hospital partners

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Demonstrated clinical experience with a strong reputation in current practice
• Commitment to a patient-first philosophy and personalized care model
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in preventive care and lifestyle-based medicine
