Responsibilities Create & maintain excellent relationships with your customers Maintain product knowledge of new vehicles and models Follow up on sales leads from a variety of sources Work with management to ensure individual and departmental goals Qualifications Prior customer relation experience, (automobile sales preferred but not required) Customer service and communication skills Excellent appearance and verbal/written sales communication Outgoing personality with expertise of developing relationships Excellent follow-through skills Steady work history and commitment to starting a new career Valid US drivers license Spanish speaking a plus! Benefits 42k base salary PLUS commission. Motivated individuals should expect to earn $50,000 - $100,000+ their first year with unlimited potential as experience grows.
