Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and create detailed reports to support strategic decision-making. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial insights and improve reporting accuracy. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Contribute to the development of financial models and dashboards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
