Hoffman Custom Solutions, part of the Hoffman Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Sales Engineer to handle custom HVAC equipment sales. As the Sales Engineer, you will provide consulting engineers, contractors, and owners, the tools to select and apply custom equipment from the industry's finest manufacturers of mechanical systems. Successful Sales Engineers develop relationships and trust with their customers and then retain them by providing superior service.

Hoffman Custom Solution's product lines include custom air handling systems, custom-designed air handling units, specific purpose plenum fans, or high-performance energy recovery systems and all associated equipment.

The Sales Engineer is based on a corporate sales philosophy of providing each salesperson with a diverse group of customers consisting of mechanical and general contractors, mechanical engineers, and owners. Our wide offering of equipment and systems ensures the proper package is available for specific customers' needs.

This position's preferred location would be Richmond VA, Virginia Beach, VA, or Roanoke, VA.
