Obstetrician/Gynecologist

*Job Title: Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN)* *Location: Far Rockaway, NY* *Salary: $375,000 - $410,000* *Position Summary* We are seeking a skilled and mission-driven Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join our community-based hospital in New York City. This role provides a balanced mix of outpatient care and operative gynecology, serving a highly diverse patient population. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine exams, prenatal care, and preventive services * Perform a full scope of gynecologic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and open techniques * Manage labor and delivery, including on-call responsibilities as required * Deliver patient-centered care that reflects cultural sensitivity and addresses health disparities within the community * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including midwives, nurses, and subspecialists * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support best practices in women's health * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record *Qualifications:* * MD or DO degree from an accredited institution * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Active or eligible for medical licensure in New York State * Demonstrated experience in both outpatient and operative OB/GYN care * Strong commitment to community-based practice and caring for diverse populations * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills *Preferred Qualifications:* * Proficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniques * Multilingual skills (Spanish or other languages strongly preferred) *Compensation Information:* $375000.00 / Annually - $410000.00 / Annuallyaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
