Automation Controls Engineer

As a Controls Engineer at our Williamsport siding manufacturing facility, you will lead projects that enhance the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our operations while providing critical support for day‑to‑day production needs. Responsibilities Provide engineering project management with detailed timelines. Coordinate the design, construction, fabrication, installation, start-up and modification of plant facilities, equipment, and systems. Ensure success by utilizing a cross‑functional team approach, keeping communication lines open and dialogue free flowing. Provide complete start‑to‑finish management of both capital and non‑capital projects. Provide general engineering support as needed to support day‑to‑day business needs. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with automation controls in a manufacturing environment required. Minimum 2 years of project management experience required. Pay National pay range: $92,000 to $142,000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Eligible for an annual bonus. Targeted bonus 12% of base salary, based on company and individual performance measures. Total Target Cash range: $103,040 to $159,040 per year.
