Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Appliance Delivery and Installation Supervisor. Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, or until route completion. Responsibilities Train associates on proper installation procedures. Consult with associates and customers at job sites. Order parts to maintain inventory. Perform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices are used. Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. Manage installation related issues and provide solutions. Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions. Install or replace machinery, equipment, appliances and new or replacement parts. Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities. Qualifications Prior high end custom appliance installation experience is required. Valid state issued license is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Experience as a Field Supervisor is highly preferred. Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirementsMust have great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent time management, organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
