Job Description What You’ll Do Lead the Field with Confidence — Take full ownership of daily jobsite operations—directing crews through metal framing, drywall hanging, finishing, and acoustical ceiling installations with efficiency and excellence. Drive Projects to Success — Plan, schedule, and execute with intention. Ensure labor, materials, and equipment are exactly where they need to be—when they need to be there. Champion Quality & Safety — Set the standard. Maintain exceptional quality control while enforcing strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols. Build and Develop Strong Teams — Lead crews of 6–30+ skilled professionals. Mentor foremen, develop talent, and create a culture of accountability and pride in workmanship. Turn Plans into Precision Execution — Bring blueprints to life with accuracy—interpreting drawings and specs to ensure flawless project delivery. Be the Go‑To Leader on Site — Coordinate seamlessly with general contractors, owners, and vendors to solve challenges and keep projects moving forward.
