WEEKEND PACKAGE Med Surg RN Night Shift

Key Responsibilities Provides professional nursing care to patients. Cares for medical‑surgical and pediatric patients. Integrates policies, procedures, standards, and healthcare provider orders to carry out quality patient care. May include opportunities for advancement to Charge Nurse if positive and effective leadership skills are demonstrated. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a RN in the State of Iowa or a compact state. Certification in Basic Life Support and preferably Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Experience At least one year of hospital experience as an RN preferred but not required. 1. 2 out of 3 weekends. Works 2 weekends, receives 3rd weekend off. Benefits include 401(k) and PTO. Employee is not eligible for other hospital sponsored benefits.
2. 5 out of 6 weekends. Works 5 weekends, receives 6th weekend off. Eligible for ALL hospital sponsored benefits, including 401(k), PTO, health, vision, dental, disability and life insurance.
3. All Weekends. Works all weekends. Eligible for ALL hospital sponsored benefits, including 401(k), PTO, health, vision, dental, disability and life insurance.
