Job Description
The Insulation Installer with over 2 years of experience is responsible for the professional installation of various insulation materials including fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam. This role requires precise measurement, cutting, and sealing skills to ensure energy efficiency and safety compliance in residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle and organize insulation materials
- Measure and cut insulation to fit specific areas
- Install fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam insulation
- Seal joints and gaps to enhance insulation effectiveness
- Comply with safety standards and regulations
- Inspect installed insulation for quality assurance
- Collaborate effectively with team members on-site
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of insulation installation experience
- Valid Class D Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of thermal insulation techniques
- Proficient in hand and power tool operation
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail
