Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Pharmacy seeking a contract position managing pharmacy operations in the Thomasville, NC area. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic pharmacy team in a confidential interim capacity, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure optimal pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all pharmacy functions, including medication distribution, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement policies to enhance pharmacy operations and patient safety
- Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff to achieve performance goals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication use and clinical outcomes

- Active pharmacy license and eligibility to practice in North Carolina
