Associate Attorney Insurance Litigation

Summary Everest Search Partners is conducting a search for a Litigation Associate Attorney on behalf of a nationally recognized law firm's LosAngeles CA offices. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience seeking meaningful client exposure, a collaborative team environment, and long-term professional growth. The practice represents major insurance industry clients across a wide range of complex litigation, regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters involving life, health, disability, annuity, long‑term care, and property & casualty insurance products. Responsibilities Handle insurance‑related litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation‑related documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategy in complex insurance matters Work directly with clients on litigation, regulatory, and compliance‑related issues Support matters involving claims disputes, product sales and marketing, anti‑fraud, corporate governance, and insurance regulation Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high‑level client matters Engage in client development and industry networking opportunities Qualifications 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably within insurance or complex commercial litigation Active bar admission in the State of California required Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a team environment Motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long‑term practice growth and business development Experience working directly with clients in a fast‑paced professional environment preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Everest Search Partners LLC
