Senior Manager, Operations

Responsibilities Lead pre-close operational diligence for new facilities Manage post-close operations across the portfolio Determine timing and sizing of leverage draws Run lien search and BPO refresh processes Support enforcement actions and special situations Partner cross-functionally on deal execution Ensure accurate data capture in internal systems Coordinate technology onboarding for new facilities Leverage AI tools to automate workflows Identify operational risks and drive improvements Requirements 5–8 years of experience in operations, structured finance, credit, or asset management Experience in real estate finance or specialty lending strongly preferred Familiarity with credit facility mechanics Strong Excel skills; comfort with data and reporting tools Ability to independently manage multiple complex workflows under tight deadlines Clear, concise communicator High judgment with limited oversight in ambiguous situations Experience in a high-growth environment strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
