IBM MQ DeveloperLocation: Tampa, Florida, United StatesDate Posted: 01/05/2026Apply for this positionBack to open positions## Job description* Design, develop, and support robust and scalable messaging solutions utilizing IBM MQ.* Develop, maintain, and enhance integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).* Deploy, manage, and monitor applications effectively on the OpenShift Enterprise Container Platform.* Implement automation scripts and tools for streamlining deployment, monitoring, and routine operational tasks.* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to middleware (IBM MQ, ACE), messaging, and container platforms (OpenShift).* Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.* Ensure the high availability, scalability, and optimal performance of all middleware systems.* Adhere to industry best practices for security, compliance, and system reliability across all deployments.## Qualifications* Proven expertise in IBM MQ design, development, and support.* Strong experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) (formerly IBM Integration Bus/IIB) for developing integration flows.* Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and monitoring applications on OpenShift Enterprise Container Platform or similar Kubernetes-based platforms.* Proficiency in scripting and implementing automation for deployment and operational tasks (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform).* Solid understanding of middleware, messaging concepts, and containerization.* Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems.* Experience with monitoring tools and practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).* Strong collaboration and communication skills.Apply for this postion
