Retail Sales Associate – Entry Level

Do you enjoy working with people, explaining options, and helping customers make informed decisions? We’re looking for a motivated Retail Energy Sales Associate to join our team and help customers learn more about available energy services and solutions.

This is a full-time, in-person retail sales position where you’ll develop hands-on experience in customer engagement, consultative sales, and energy services. No previous sales experience is required—we provide the training and ongoing support you need to get started.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers in a retail setting and create a positive, professional experience
• Introduce customers to available energy services, plans, and options
• Ask questions to better understand individual household needs and preferences
• Explain energy programs, pricing options, promotions, and potential benefits clearly
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and guide interested customers through the enrollment process
• Build rapport and trust through knowledgeable, customer-focused conversations
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and sales activity
• Stay informed about current energy offerings, promotions, and program updates
• Collaborate with your team to continuously strengthen sales and customer-service skills
