$60,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions to ensure seamless follow-up and support.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for enhancing client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve service processes and contribute to team efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they understand our products and services.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
