Job Details Location: Del Amo Motorsports of San Diego - CHULA VISTA, CA 91911 Salary: $37,000.00 - $75,000.00 Base + Commission per year. This is an hourly full-time position plus an accumulation of commissions with average pay ranges between $32,000 and $100,000. Pay range scale can fluctuate based on individual sales performance. Store hours: Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday are off. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Responsibilities Engage potential buyers in the sales process for new or private‑owned powersports vehicles. Demonstrate organization, multitasking, information dissemination, problem solving and prioritization. Show great attitude, excellent communication, organizational skills and a can‑do spirit. Qualifications Valid salesperson license before time of hire. Sales license required; 1-2 years dealership experience preferred.
