Resident Field Service Technician
INNIO Group
Rezydent – Serwisant Silników jest zatrudniony bezpośrednio w zakładzie klienta (preferowane miejsce zamieszkania w pobliżu elektrowni) i pełni rolę głównego eksperta technicznego w zakresie silników Jenbacher serii T9. Do jego zadań należy bieżąca konserwacja, diagnozowanie usterek, reagowanie w sytuacjach awaryjnych, nadzór nad poważniejszymi incydentami oraz zarządzanie magazynem części zamiennych i narzędzi znajdujących się na miejscu. Dodatkowo osoba na tym stanowisku prowadzi szkolenia dla personelu klienta, wdraża modernizacje i aktualizacje, dba o zgodność działań ze standardami INNIO oraz wspiera ciągłe doskonalenie procesów poprzez codzienne inspekcje i przekazywanie informacji zwrotnych do centrali. Ekspert techniczny na miejscu: pełni funkcję głównego kontaktu technicznego w zakładzie klienta, zapewniając wsparcie i wiedzę praktyczną w zakresie silników Jenbacher T9. Konserwacja planowa i prewencyjna: wykonuje zaplanowane przeglądy (np. kontrole, wymiany filtrów) dbając o utrzymanie silników w optymalnym stanie technicznym i zapobieganie awariom. Diagnozowanie i naprawy: identyfikuje usterki z wykorzystaniem narzędzi INNIO (np. DIA.NE, myPlant), przeprowadza naprawy i zapewnia niezawodność oraz dyspozycyjność silników. Reagowanie awaryjne: szybko reaguje na awarie i alarmy, minimalizując przestoje i zapewniając bezpieczeństwo. W razie potrzeby współpracuje z zespołem wsparcia technicznego (Tech Support) i pełni funkcję kierownika działań na miejscu w przypadku poważniejszych incydentów wymagających udziału dodatkowego personelu INNIO. Dokumentacja i raportowanie: prowadzi pełną dokumentację prac serwisowych dla INNIO i klienta, wykonuje codzienne przeglądy i inspekcje instalacji. Zarządzanie częściami i narzędziami: jest właścicielem i w pełni odpowiedzialnym za magazyn części zamiennych i narzędzi znajdujących się na miejscu. Szkolenie i wsparcie klienta: szkoli personel klienta w zakresie obsługi, konserwacji i zasad bezpieczeństwa pracy z silnikami, budując trwałe relacje partnerskie. Modernizacje i aktualizacje: wdraża modyfikacje silników, aktualizacje oprogramowania i inne usprawnienia w celu poprawy wydajności oraz spełnienia wymogów prawnych. Bezpieczeństwo i zgodność: przestrzega wszystkich standardów bezpieczeństwa, jakości i ochrony środowiska obowiązujących w INNIO. Ciągłe doskonalenie: identyfikuje obszary usprawnień, przekazuje rekomendacje do zespołów INNIO i uczestniczy w szkoleniach podnoszących kwalifikacje oraz znajomość nowych technologii. Zastępstwa: okazjonalnie wykonuje pracę w innych lokalizacjach (np. podczas urlopów lub nieobecności innych rezydentów).
