Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and grow.

Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.

Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the community.

Requirements:

Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education.

Relevant certifications in childcare or teaching preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for working with young children and their families.

Ability to create engaging and educational activities.

Knowledge of child development principles and practices.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
