What You'll Do

As a Barback, you'll help create exceptional experiences by:

• Keeping the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies
• Preparing and batching cocktails according to company recipes and standards
• Restocking and organizing the bar throughout service to maximize speed and efficiency
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times
• Supporting bartenders by anticipating needs before they become urgent
• Assisting with opening, closing, inventory, and daily prep responsibilities
• Washing and polishing glassware while maintaining presentation standards
• Taking ownership of bar readiness before, during, and after every shift

What We're Looking For

We hire people with hustle, ownership, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or high volume service experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work at least 30 hours each week
• Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong communication skills and a team first mindset
• Professional appearance that meets company grooming and uniform standards
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs.
• Availability for special events
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly during busy service periods.
• Team oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to give and receive coaching.
