Part-time opportunities available to support work-life balance Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Compensation and Schedule Position: ABA Behavior Technician Location: Sicklerville, New Jersey Job Type: Part time Schedule : Saturday, Sunday- 8 hours a day, Friday- 4:30- 6:30 Salary: $18 - $25 per hour Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Key Responsibilities: Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans Track client progress through data collection Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living Collaborate with families for consistent treatment Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Ability to pass background check. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
