Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales activities. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing sales while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone calls and email inquiries from customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and pricing
• Close sales and meet or exceed established sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Follow up on open quotes and opportunities to drive conversion
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience navigating ERP
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High level of motivation, persistence, and resilience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
