Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments, gathering valuable insights into clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, while actively involving them in the process.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches, tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, periodically reviewing and adjusting goals and interventions to ensure effective care and progress.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
  • \n
  • Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and safety planning to support clients in acute distress, facilitating immediate access to appropriate resources.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a supportive community for clients to share experiences and build resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment challenges associated with chronic or terminal illnesses. You will engage with clients of all ages, promoting emotional healing and empowering them with skills to cope with their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
  • \n
  • At least three years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

  • Deep understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches and the ability to implement them effectively in therapeutic settings.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
