Closet Factory is hiring outgoing, friendly individuals to represent our brand inside Costco and Lowes locations.

This is a simple, people-focused role where you engage with shoppers and offer free design consultations for custom closets and home organization systems no closing required.

Youll primarily work in retail store environments, with occasional opportunities to represent us at home shows and local events.

What Youll Do

• Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural way
• Start conversations about home organization and storage solutions
• Offer free in-home design consultations
• Collect customer information to schedule appointments
• Represent Closet Factory with professionalism and energy
• Occasionally assist at home shows and local events
