- Providing concierge service to patients.
- Surgery Scheduling
- Coordinating patient care.
- Sending and following up on patient care orders to referring practices and imaging centers.
- Working with facilities and other practices to schedule ancillary services.
- Insurance verification.
- Cross Training for front office and MA work.
- Answering phones.
- Medical Terminology
- Experience with EMR/EHR and entering data.

Must be able to work full business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F
