Group Sales Manager

As the Group Sales Manager, you will focus on securing group business from association markets through proactive outreach, relationship building, and tailored sales strategies. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution—while collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless group experiences. This position reports to the Director of Sales. Key Responsibilities Build excellent relationships with local, state, and national association clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate business for the hotel. Prospecting for new business, responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries, executing contracts, and communicating client expectations to the hotel team. Education & Experience A college degree or two years of hotel experience. Previous experience in a similar or related position. Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications. What You’ll Need to Succeed Eligible to work in the United States.
