Registered Dental Hygienist

Cornerstone Dentistry is seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Lenoir, NC. Our ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, values strong relationships, and enjoys working in a collaborative, modern dental practice focused on high-quality care and long-term patient health.

Full-time: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and preventive care
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Perform periodontal charting and assist in diagnosing periodontal conditions
• Utilize modern dental technology to support patient care and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create exceptional patient experiences
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards
• Build trusting relationships with patients while creating a comfortable and positive environment
