Deliver compelling presentations and test drives that connect each vehicle’s features to the customer’s needs. * Own your follow-up. Use our CRM and digital tools to stay organized, manage your pipeline, and keep every opportunity moving. * Make buying feel straightforward. Guide customers through our paperless sales process with confidence, clarity, and professionalism. * Know your product. Build your knowledge of the Acura lineup and competing premium vehicles. * Pursue results. Set ambitious goals, take coaching seriously, and stay accountable for your performance. * Build lasting relationships. Deliver an experience that gives customers a reason to return—and recommend you. What you bring * Proven automotive sales experience; premium or luxury-brand experience is a strong plus. * Genuine enthusiasm for Acura, automotive technology, and the driving experience. * A proactive, competitive mindset with the discipline to turn activity into results. * Confidence communicating in person, by phone, through text, and on video. * Comfort with technology and a willingness to adopt a modern, paperless sales process. * Consistent CRM habits, strong follow-through, and attention to detail. * Energy, professionalism, and the ability to earn trust without pressuring customers. * A coachable attitude and the ambition to build a successful long-term career.
